1959 Macgregor Tourney FC4000 PT2 (ASSEMBLED, original ceramic!)
1959 Macgregor Tourney FC4000 PT2 (2-9 + DS)
ASSEMBLED WITH OUR FAVOURITE GRAPHITE UST SHAFTS
Folks, we only get to offer e kind of set occasionally. Many consider it the best Mac iron ever made. It has a compact yrMiura like face and a diamond back that screams precision all striking.
We’ve made them Available as half sets (odds and evens) as long as available.
MThe odd #’s clubs totally four, I I my we added a period appropriate Mac 11 gap wedge (see below and pics). Cause that’s how we like to do thing.
Original Ceramic + Assembled - let’s go play!!
Finish: Graphitti (chrome) original flamed ceramic
Shafts: UST Mayima TSPX Dart CONCEPT 120g F5
Ferrules: @bbandfco alternating
Grips: alternating Iomics
Toney Penna introduced this powdered coating after learning about its use protecting against extreme elements in the early days of jet propulsion.
As we said with previous sets, there is no way to restore the ceramic faces today, in an economical way anyway. These have been hit once or twice - but they are as close to a set of NOS heads as we’ve ever seen.
The faces are durable we found (on a different set that was already played.)
